Occasionally fortunately also happens to me that a project will achieve the same as it was conceived, this is the summary of the evening of Friday 18 with a menu entirely devoted to vegetables, from carrots to zucchini flowers from the pea eggplants. (my gardener insists on doing it more often these dinners with vegetables, who knows why?)
Just a nice evening, the thirty guests, friends and new people, the menu was: A
gazpacho that looks like a bloody mary, squash blossoms stuffed with goat cheese and mint, dark chocolate tart with herbs Carrot and saffron, Risi e bisi "wave", ravioli with tomato soft eggplant, Great mixed orchard, as I said above all to wonder almost could not believe it's all so smooth I was afraid that eventually collapsed the restaurant or something like that, can not not go smoothly but this time, strange but true.
Moral of the story: the morale is very high, the guests begin to rise, word of mouth works, the engine is now run-down then we increase the speed and everything.
