THE FIRST TIME YOU NEVER FORGET




Friday 11 inn was held in the first marriage, about thirty guests, you just say, okay as far as I'm concerned it was like having served 500, among which was the first, among which are two great friends was the desire not to make mistakes too.
The menu was simple without too many doors and without the fish as usual here in the inn (I think that the sea is just too far away) provided
a small welcome drink with various snacks and good prosecco.
Once at the table antipasto misto including: veal with tuna sauce, a salad of farro, salted pork and melon, pies, fried dumplings, not a light thing to suppress the appetite.
At first we served: rice and peas, peas with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil served creamed nice wave with bowls and spoons, then the Spelt penne with meat sauce and vegetable dumplings buffalo. For the second
cosciottino of a nice pork roast with its contours and finally a cheese Bell'O including: fresh goat cheese with pistachios, goat's always a flower and then the burratina ovoline buffalo.
wedding cake prepared by our pastry chef of trust, was one of those times that I really wanted to work almost a pleasure. THANK YOU MONICA AND ANDREA
