Is Breast Milk Torcher?
STRANGE BUT TRUE
Occasionally fortunately also happens to me that a project will achieve the same as it was conceived, this is the summary of the evening of Friday 18 with a menu entirely devoted to vegetables, from carrots to zucchini flowers from the pea eggplants. (my gardener insists on doing it more often these dinners with vegetables, who knows why?)
Just a nice evening, the thirty guests, friends and new people, the menu was: A
gazpacho that looks like a bloody mary, squash blossoms stuffed with goat cheese and mint, dark chocolate tart with herbs Carrot and saffron, Risi e bisi "wave", ravioli with tomato soft eggplant, Great mixed orchard, as I said above all to wonder almost could not believe it's all so smooth I was afraid that eventually collapsed the restaurant or something like that, can not not go smoothly but this time, strange but true.
Moral of the story: the morale is very high, the guests begin to rise, word of mouth works, the engine is now run-down then we increase the speed and everything.

THE FIRST TIME YOU NEVER FORGET
Friday 11 inn was held in the first marriage, about thirty guests, you just say, okay as far as I'm concerned it was like having served 500, among which was the first, among which are two great friends was the desire not to make mistakes too.
The menu was simple without too many doors and without the fish as usual here in the inn (I think that the sea is just too far away) provided
a small welcome drink with various snacks and good prosecco.
Once at the table antipasto misto including: veal with tuna sauce, a salad of farro, salted pork and melon, pies, fried dumplings, not a light thing to suppress the appetite.
At first we served: rice and peas, peas with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil served creamed nice wave with bowls and spoons, then the Spelt penne with meat sauce and vegetable dumplings buffalo. For the second
cosciottino of a nice pork roast with its contours and finally a cheese Bell'O including: fresh goat cheese with pistachios, goat's always a flower and then the burratina ovoline buffalo.
wedding cake prepared by our pastry chef of trust, was one of those times that I really wanted to work almost a pleasure. THANK YOU MONICA AND ANDREA

We were left with morel mushrooms and frogs, no problem for second while the morels after 2 months of honorable service have been dismissed. (Thanks and see you next year)
To replace this department we thought Duke and his majesty the porcini mushrooms, well then you are beginning the dance, noodles, rice dumplings chapels and garlic oil, fried the omelette, roasted, even if the polenta to taste you'll have to wait half September, here at the inn the period of polenta goes from September 15 a day before Easter.
Today in the market was love at first sight, all black head, hard as a basketball, I have taken the spark and smile and I immediately made my own, I can not resist.
UUUUUUUUUUUUUh almost forgot tomorrow we make baptism, and the inn will make his first marriage, I'm all excited like a schoolboy before a trip, or after tomorrow publish photos.
